We start with suitability.
New dogs do not simply arrive for an overnight stay. We begin with a free assessment to understand their behaviour, health, routine and comfort around the environment. It helps us make a more responsible decision about whether and how they should stay.
There is more than one place to sleep.
Social dogs may suit the home-like Pack Lounge. Dogs that sleep better with more space can have a private Paw Pod. Alpha Suites are larger private rooms for dogs from the same family, subject to suitability and availability.
Daycare is included, but not identical for every dog.
Boarding dogs receive supervised daytime care. The balance of group time, enrichment and rest is adjusted to the dog’s age, health, temperament and energy. Quiet time is part of the day, not an afterthought.
We keep the booking process clear.
You tell us about your dog and the dates you need. We confirm suitability, room availability and the next step. For longer stays, we also record feeding, medication, health and sleeping arrangements before confirmation.
We do not promise that every dog will suit group care or every room will be available. We discuss the right option honestly before a stay is confirmed.
Come and see the facility.
Owners can request a facility tour before booking. Seeing the rooms and talking through your dog’s needs is often the best way to decide whether Dog Hotel is right for them.
