Before your stay

Vaccinations before dog boarding.

Vaccination records are part of keeping shared care safer for every dog. Please have them ready before your dog’s first stay.

Why we ask for vaccination information.

Dogs at Dog Hotel share a facility, care team and, when suitable, supervised daytime activities. Up-to-date vaccination information helps us make safer decisions before a dog joins that environment.

What you need to provide.

For a new dog, provide their current vaccination record or certificate when requested. Tell us if a vaccination is due, recently given, delayed, or if your vet has advised any restriction. We will confirm what is needed before a stay is accepted.

Young dogs and recent vaccinations.

Puppies and recently vaccinated dogs need particular care because protection takes time to develop. Do not assume a dog can attend immediately after an injection. Follow your veterinarian’s advice and ask us before making plans.

Health information matters.
Please also tell us about coughing, diarrhoea, medication, allergies or any recent health change before arrival.

If you are unsure.

Send us the record and ask. It is better to clarify early than to delay a booking at the last minute. We can discuss the boarding requirements, but your vet is the right person for medical advice about your dog’s vaccination schedule.

Why vaccination matters.
